Courtesy translation provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

These terms apply to all orders: orders placed online at origineparis.com and orders concluded at an appointment or on quotation.

1. Delivery

1.1. Delivery methods

Hand delivery: for customers in France, the piece can be presented and handed over in its case at a dedicated appointment.

Secure shipment: for France, Europe and worldwide, jewellery is shipped via specialised carriers, with signature required on receipt and insurance to the declared value.

1.2. International delivery

Origine Paris delivers worldwide. Transit times vary by destination. Any customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees remain payable by the customer.

1.3. Delivery costs

Delivery is free of charge for all orders, whatever the destination.

1.4. Packaging and parcel contents

Each shipment includes: the Origine Paris case containing the piece, a certificate of authenticity, and gemmological certificates for diamonds of 0.5 carat and above.

1.5. Signature required

All deliveries require a signature on receipt, for security reasons.

2. Dispatch times and tracking

All pieces are made to order: dispatch takes place within 48 to 72 working hours of completion of the piece. Production takes approximately 6 to 12 weeks for collection pieces and, for bespoke creations, the time confirmed in writing.

Estimated transit times: France, 1 to 2 working days; Europe, 3 to 5 working days; worldwide, 5 to 10 working days.

A dispatch confirmation e-mail, with the carrier’s tracking number, is sent to the customer as soon as the parcel leaves.

3. Returns of collection pieces (right of withdrawal)

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to non-personalised collection pieces ordered at a distance: online at origineparis.com, or following a remote appointment (video call, telephone, e-mail). The customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt to withdraw, without having to give any reason.

Procedure: 1) notify the withdrawal by e-mail to contact@origineparis.com (name, order reference), or using the model form appended to the terms and conditions of sale; 2) return the piece within fourteen (14) days of notification, in its original condition (unworn, without any sign of use, in its Origine Paris case, with all documents provided); 3) ship the return, at your own cost, preferably insured with signature on delivery, to: Origine Paris, 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France; 4) after inspection of the piece, the full refund is made within fourteen (14) days, using the same means of payment as the order.

4. Exchanges of collection pieces

Beyond the statutory withdrawal period, Origine Paris may accept, as a commercial gesture, the exchange of a collection piece for a piece of equal or higher value. Requests must be made within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

5. Bespoke and personalised pieces

Bespoke and personalised pieces are not covered by the right of withdrawal (Article L. 221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code). In the event of a manufacturing defect or hidden defect, Origine Paris remedies the problem under the statutory warranties (legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects). Any work by a non-approved third party may result in the loss of warranty cover for the damage arising from it.

6. Piece received damaged

If the packaging is damaged on delivery: refuse the parcel or note explicit reservations on the delivery slip, then contact Origine Paris within 48 hours with supporting photographs. Origine Paris handles the claims process with the carrier.
