ORIGINE PARIS

Ethical & Bespoke Fine Jewellery

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Version 7 March 2026

Every Origine Paris jewel is a unique piece, prepared with the greatest care before it reaches you. We ensure that your experience is worthy of the piece you have chosen, down to the very last detail.

1. Delivery

1.1 : Delivery methods

Depending on your location and preferences, we offer two delivery methods, agreed together at the time of order confirmation.

In-person handover. For clients in France, personal handover at a dedicated appointment is our preferred option. It allows us to present your piece in the best possible conditions, in its case, and to answer any questions you may have.

Secure shipping. For clients in France, Europe and worldwide, we ship your jewels via specialist carriers, with mandatory signature upon receipt and insurance to the declared value of the piece.

1.2 : International delivery

Origine Paris delivers worldwide. Transit times vary by destination and are communicated at the time of order confirmation.

1.3 : Delivery fees

Delivery is complimentary for all Origine Paris orders, regardless of destination. Any customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees applicable in the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the client.

1.4 : Packaging & parcel contents

Every piece is presented in its Origine Paris case, carefully protected for transit. The parcel includes:

  • The Origine Paris case containing your jewel
  • A certificate of authenticity
  • The gemological certificate (for diamonds of 0.5 carats and above)

1.5 : Signature required

For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. In the event of absence, a delivery notice will be left and a new delivery slot will be arranged with the carrier. Origine Paris cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from the recipient's absence.

2. Shipping timelines

Once the piece has been finalised and approved, shipping is arranged within 48 to 72 business hours. Estimated transit times are as follows:

France: 1 to 2 business days

Europe: 3 to 5 business days

International: 5 to 10 business days depending on destination

These timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, destination and exceptional circumstances beyond our control. The client is notified of shipment by email with a tracking number.

3. Returns — Collection pieces

For non-personalised Origine Paris collection pieces (Éclora, Daisy, Avalanche or any future collection), ordered remotely, you benefit from a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, in accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

To exercise this right, please follow the steps below:

1.  Written notification

Send an email to contact@origineparis.com within 14 days of receiving your piece, stating your name, order reference and intention to withdraw.

2.  Preparing the return

The piece must be returned in its original condition: unworn and unaltered, in its Origine Paris case and original protective packaging.

3.  Shipping the return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend using a carrier with insurance to the full value of the piece and signature upon delivery. Origine Paris cannot be held liable for pieces lost or damaged during return transit.

4.  Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned piece, a full refund — including the deposit — will be issued within 14 days, via the same payment method used for the original order.

4. Returns — Bespoke pieces

Bespoke pieces are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, goods made to the client's specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This includes engravings, modifications to dimensions or materials, and any entirely original creation.

However, should your piece present a manufacturing defect or hidden fault, Origine Paris is committed to resolving the matter as promptly as possible under the applicable legal warranties. Please contact us at contact@origineparis.com, describing the issue and attaching photographs.

5. Piece received damaged

If your jewel arrives damaged in transit, please:

1.  Refuse the parcel or note reservations

If the packaging appears visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse the parcel or clearly note your reservations on the carrier's delivery slip.

2.  Contact us within 48 hours

Send an email to contact@origineparis.com with photographs of both the packaging and the piece. We will handle the claim with the carrier and find a solution as quickly as possible.
