The data we collect
On origineparis.com
- Contact form: the subject of your request (appointment, bespoke creation, information), your first name, your last name, your e-mail address, your telephone number, your message and, if you have chosen any, the collection pieces you selected. You tick the "I agree" box so that we can process your request: without it, the form is not sent.

In our exchanges with you
- The e-mails you send us, and our replies, are kept in our customer relationship tool, with their date, subject, text and the attachments useful to your project (photographs, PDF documents). We do not keep the technical headers of your messages, remote images, or earlier messages quoted in a reply.
- Calls, appointments and visits to the boutique are recorded in the same tool (date, nature, and the member of the house who received you).
Why we use it
- To answer your request: appointment booking, quotation, advice, bespoke creation.
- To follow your project and your orders, and keep you informed of their progress.
- To provide after-sales service and the warranty.
- To issue and keep our invoices.
- To send you our news, if you have agreed to receive it.
On what basis
- Your consent, for the request sent through the site's form ("I agree" box) and for our news.
- The performance of the contract, or of steps taken at your request before it is concluded: quotation, appointment, order.
- Our legitimate interest in following our relationship with you: keeping our exchanges, commercial follow-up.
- Our legal obligations: invoicing, accounting.
Who has access to it
- Authorised Origine Paris staff.
- Our technical processors, who act only on our instructions, for the hosting of the website and of our tools, e-mail and the sending of e-mails, backups, technical monitoring, accounting, audience measurement and the services embedded in the website.
- Some of them, in particular those of our e-mail service and of our online sales platform, may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by its standard contractual clauses.
How long
- Your requests and our exchanges, if you do not become a client: 3 years after our last contact.
- If you are a client: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then 5 years.
- Invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- The inbox that receives the transfers of our exchanges to the tracking tool: 30 days, then automatic deletion.
- Technical logs: 12 months at most.
- Backup copies: 8 weeks, and 12 months for monthly copies.
- Cookies: 13 months at most.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction, and withdrawal of your consent at any time, for the future. The export of your file includes your contact details, your requests, your orders and our exchanges; erasure removes your record, your requests, our exchanges and their attachments, subject to what the law requires us to keep (invoices).
To exercise your rights: contact@origineparis.com, with proof of identity. A complaint may be lodged with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security
Access to the tracking tool restricted to authorised staff and protected by a password, encryption of communications, a log of access and changes, encrypted off-site backups, and read-only access to our transfer inbox through a dedicated, revocable access. In the event of a breach likely to present a risk to your rights, we will inform you without undue delay.
