About us
ORIGINE PARIS was born from a conviction: jewellery can be precious and conscious, carrying emotion as much as meaning.
Its founder, Marie-Ann Wachtmeister, co-founded Courbet, the first maison on the Place Vendôme to work exclusively with lab-grown diamonds and recycled gold. A pioneer of ethical jewellery, she chose to pursue her vision with greater freedom and radicality.
ORIGINE PARIS is the expression of that freedom: returning to the essential, to the beauty of the gesture, to the truth of materials, to the purity of design.
The name says it all. ORIGINE: a return to the source, to the material, to the original intention of creating.

From sketch to workshop
Every ORIGINE PARIS piece is born from a drawing and brought to life in the hands of exceptional artisans, in Valenza, Italy, and in Lyon. These same workshops craft the creations of the greatest maisons on the Place Vendôme.
To the finished piece
Tradition and technology, nobility of gesture and absolute precision: it is from this alliance that ORIGINE PARIS quality is born. A craftsmanship passed down through several generations, that cannot be improvised.
Excellence at the origin.
Our diamonds
Every ORIGINE PARIS lab-grown diamond is created in a laboratory and selected according to the highest standards: D colour, minimum VVS clarity, Triple Excellent cut. Diamonds above 0.50 carat are accompanied by an IGI certificate.
Our gold
Our workshop works exclusively with recycled, RJC-certified 18-carat (750/1000) gold, crafted directly into jewellery. A short, traceable, responsible supply chain. Beauty should never come at the expense of the planet.
A Parisian maison, transparent craftsmanship
Origine Paris is the name of our jewellery maison. It does not refer to a single place of manufacture, but to an identity: a vision born in Paris, carried by its founders and by a contemporary standard of fine jewellery.
An independent maison established in Paris, Origine Paris imagines, designs and presents its creations from its Parisian world. Each piece then takes shape in the hands of exceptional jewellery artisans, in Valenza, Italy and in Lyon, France, in workshops chosen for their craftsmanship, their precision and their exacting standards.
We claim this transparency. Origine Paris is not an industrial indication of provenance: it is the signature of a maison, of a vision and of a commitment.
