Terms of Sale: Bespoke and Made-to-Order Pieces
Every ORIGINE PARIS jewel is designed and crafted to order, according to the specifications approved by the client before production begins.
Personalised pieces, bespoke creations and made-to-order jewellery may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Drawings, 3D models, sketches, renderings and prototypes presented or shared in the course of a project remain the exclusive property of ORIGINE PARIS. They may not be reproduced, shared or entrusted to a third party without prior written consent.
Jewels are crafted to the dimensions agreed upon at order confirmation. Where no fitting has taken place, the client undertakes to communicate the desired size precisely before production begins. Any subsequent modification (resizing, adjustment or transformation) will be the subject of an additional quotation.
The stones and metals used meet the quality requirements defined by the house. Each piece is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and, where applicable, by the gemmological report for the centre stone.
ORIGINE PARIS reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the initial design in order to ensure the balance, strength or comfort of the jewel, while preserving the aesthetics and intent of the approved design.
Production lead times are communicated at order confirmation and may vary according to the complexity of the model and the availability of materials.
