A solitaire engagement ring on a pavé band brings two kinds of light together: a centre diamond held by four prongs, and a line of small diamonds set all along the band. What a pavé band solitaire is
The solitaire remains the most sought-after engagement ring. On a pavé band, the diamonds are set edge to edge around the finger, so that the gold almost disappears beneath the light. The effect is brighter than a solitaire on a plain gold band, without weighing down the design: the centre diamond remains the subject.
The Classique Sertie by Origine Paris
The Classique Sertie comes in five centre-diamond shapes: round, oval, cushion, emerald cut and east-west emerald cut, the latter set horizontally on the finger. Each shape is available in yellow, rose or white 18-carat gold (750/1000), from recycled sources.

All five shapes are the same price at equal weight. Every Origine Paris diamond is a lab-grown diamond, D colour, VS clarity at minimum. From 0.5 carat, each diamond comes with its IGI report, whose number is laser-inscribed on the stone.
The matching wedding band
The Classique was designed together with its wedding band: the Classique band, with its curved profile, fits the setting and sits against the engagement ring. It comes in all-gold or pavé, in the three golds, so that engagement and wedding are coordinated from day one. At the appointment, the two are tried on together.
How to order
Each ring is made to order, in six to eight weeks, by partner workshops in Lyon and in Valenza, Italy. Orders are placed online or by appointment. The house receives by appointment at 21 rue de la Paix, Paris 2nd, and also by video call or telephone to choose the shape, the gold and the size. Delivery is complimentary, by secure shipment with signature.
